Located on the heights of Chaudefonds-sur-Layon, in the heart of Anjou Noir, Domaine des Hauts Perrays is the result of an association between two Burgundian friends: Gabin & Stéphane. Vines and wines are worked with passion and precision, in a deep respect for nature.
Our vineyard, covering 16ha over different schists degradation terroirs, is composed off Chenin blanc, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Pineau d'Aunis and Gamay grapes. This is the perfect "playing field" to create a large range of authentic wines: dry and sweet whites, Red, Rosé and sparkling wines.
Our philosophy is to allow wines to take full advantage of their own terroirs and their grapes varieties. Wines are also the reflection of winemakers spirit, and indeed our work provides to our vintages some characteristics that we appreciate: fruity,, freshness, finesse and complexity.
