Crémant de Loire Rosé BRUT – 75cL
Grape varieties: 65 % Cabernet Franc et 35 % Chenin
Terroir : Schist Alterites
12 % vol.
Vinification :
Hand-picked in crates. Slow pressing,
cold settling, fermentation at 16 to 18°C. Second fermentation
in the bottle (traditional method). Aged on laths for 18 months.
Tasting notes:
Brilliant salmon pink colour, fine, intense bubbles.
Complex nose of red fruit (strawberry, raspberry).
Round on the palate, combining freshness and sweetness.

This Crémant is perfect as an aperitif or with desserts.
