Vinification : Hand-harvested, grapes 100% destemmed. Short maceration and gentle extraction.
Ageing for 6 months 50% in barrels and 50% in tank. 
Tasting notes:
Rubis/Grenat color. Complex fruity nose (raspberry, redcurrant,..) and typical spicy aromas (white pepper, clove, ..) .
On the palate, freshness and low tanins give a wine really easy to drink.

Perfect for a brunch, aperitive : cheese and charcuteries plates
