North facing, 45 year old vines
Vinification :
Harvested by hand, slow pressing, cold settling,
Fermentation between 16 and 18°C. Aged for 10 months on the lees in barrels with
stirring of the lees.
Tasting notes :
Pale gold colour with golden highlights. Notes of citrus fruit, toast and gunflint.
